Late Arrival - Late Cancellation - No Show Policy

I value your time and strive to provide every client with a relaxed, high-quality service. To stay on schedule and be fair to all clients, the following policy is in place:

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I reserve the right to shorten your appointment to avoid running behind for the next client; the full service price will still apply.

 

If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to reschedule the appointment, and consequently a $20 late arrival fee will be charged.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $20 late cancellation fee.

 

No-Shows

Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior communication will result in being charged 100% of the service price before re-booking.

Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future services at my discretion.
